A Sad Day at Saidi
We had hoped to be celebrating the Lord’s goodness in the progress of the project at Saidi, but 3 January turned out to be a sad day at Saidi.
A lightning strike mid-afternoon set the structure of the Msasa alight, and before long it was fully ablaze, despite the
torrential rain.
We are so optimistic!
Harold’s optimism and enthusiasm is infectious.

Brother Goodson shares motivation from the life of Abraham
Brother Goodson explains how he is encouraged by the faith of Abraham whose faith meant he was not afraid to offer to God in sacrifice what he had freely received as a gift.

Goodson tells how he was saved
In this short video, Brother Goodson tells us how he was convicted about his sin, but was saved and had all his sins forgiven.
Goodson is a valuable member of the SALT team in Malawi. He has a real interest in reaching his local community with the Gospel, and is excellent in Children’s ministry.
This is the Lord’s doing
We had a great online meeting with the team in Malawi when we got first-hand accounts of the following areas of the work:
Goodson – Building project & local History outreach
Anna – Child-Headed Households & School visits
Daniel in the Msasa
Just received from Brother Goodson this afternoon.
The children at Saidi were learning about Daniel in the dzenje la mikango – the den of lions.
So thrilling to see the msasa bring used for this vital work.
Thanks to everyone whose generosity has helped make this possible.
Mission accomplished
It was so satisfying to see the containers finally moved onto their base yesterday. This was my main objective for this trip.
Credit is due to the builders who have done a remarkable job, and especially to brother Goodson who has worked tirelessly and with great diligence, supervising the work, to turn my ideas into reality.
Flora’s Eggs – and a whole lot more
What a blessing to be back with the brothers and sisters in Malawi!
I arrived in time to join the monthly get together of workers at Goodson’s house at the Saidi project site. It’s a joy to see how well the team is gelling. It’s obvious that the Lord of the Harvest has brought His labourers together in His harvest field.
