In our April 2019 and March 2019 news we reported on our visit to Malawi in February and the well-publicised serious weather-related crisis that befell the region recently. This month we want to update you on some of those issues and give you some matters for thanksgiving and prayer.
A good problem to have
It’s only 8 months since we took delivery of 1,000,000 Gospel tracts.
What a thrill to receive this message earlier today…
Labourers Together
So send I you
Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. John 20:21 KJV

The Christian’s mission in the world is authorised ( actually, mandated) by Chist himself, and energized by the Holy Spirit. How are we getting on at fulfilling it?
April 2019 News Update
In our March 2019 News Update we reported on our recent visit to Malawi, and the progress made in developing the Prison work there. We also mentioned briefly the mechanical issues with Stephen’s truck, and the negotiations to purchase a development site near Thondwe – more later.
Children’s work in Thondwe
Brother Goodson says, “Osayiwala kupephelera gulu la ana a kuthondwe” – don’t forget to pray for the Children’s group at Thondwe.
Compassion!
The Saviour’s compassion for his sorrowing companions moved him to tears of genuine, tender sympathy.
As those dearly loved by him, are we also moved by the desperate need of those among whom we have been left as witnesses in this world?
Cast thy bread upon the waters…
The directors of SALT had a thrilling visit to the premises of Revival Movement today, where we witnessed again the monumental efforts of those dear believers to spread the Gospel in so many parts of the world.
We produced around 1.5 million items during 2018, and with the cooperation of Revival Movement we are looking forward to dwarfing that figure in the future.
